Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Operations, or related discipline.
• 3–5+ years of corporate travel coordination experience.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills; ability to interpret travel spend and communicate insights.
• Excellent interpersonal and service-oriented communication skills; resourceful under pressure.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and negotiating travel-related supplier contracts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all major travel arrangements (flights, hotels, rental cars) for the Operations team.
• Provide proactive, concierge-level travel support and make on-the-fly changes.
• Track, analyze, and report travel spend to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Negotiate with airlines, hotels, and car rental suppliers for favorable terms.
• Ensure compliance with company travel policies and budgets.
