The Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) works under the direction of Registered Nurses to provide specific direct and indirect patient and resident care, in St. Albans, VT. The role includes assisting with Activities of Daily Living such as personal hygiene, bathing, and dressing.
You will report changes in condition or concerns to the charge nurse or supervisor and participate in the care planning process. Every other weekend availability and reliable transportation are required.

Requirements:
Active LNA License in VT
Successful completion of a state approved Licensed Nursing Assistant program
Every other weekend required
Must have reliable transportation
