Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Demonstrate excellence in customer service and public relations to promote a positive professional image
• Work independently with attention to detail and comprehensive knowledge of daily operations
• Foster a caring environment that respects patient dignity
• Maintain high-quality nursing care for individuals with psychiatric and mental health illnesses
• Deliver and evaluate patient care
• Lead in emergencies, providing therapeutic intervention and de-escalation
• Ensure blood collection meets regulatory standards for safe transfusion
• Work a flexible schedule including early starts, late finishes, weekends, and holidays to meet organizational needs
• Contribute to a friendly, team-oriented environment to encourage repeat donors
• Serve as a professional and compassionate ambassador of the organization
