HealthForce Healthcare is seeking an LPN for a travel assignment in Ossian, IA at a long-term care/nursing home. Start date 11/02/2026, duration measured in weeks, with a 12-hour day shift from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM and guaranteed 36 hours per week.

You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, monitor vital signs, document care, and coordinate with the health care team. Housing support and 24/7 recruiter assistance are offered, plus extension opportunities and nationwide placements.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Iowa (or eligible to practice in Iowa).
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Ability to work the listed shift in a long-term care setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; proficient in documenting care.
• Experience in a long-term care environment is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, including medication administration and documentation.
• Monitor vital signs, assess changes, and report to supervising RN.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living to promote independence.
• Implement and adjust care plans; perform basic wound care and infection control.
• Maintain accurate charting and coordinate care with the health care team.
• Ensure resident safety and adherence to facility policies.
