Local only travel applies, with start date 11/02/2026 and weekly pay between $1,202 and $1,290. You will provide direct patient care under RN supervision, administer medications, monitor vitals, and support residents with daily activities in a nursing home setting.

Qualifications

• Active Maine LPN license.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Graduation from an accredited LPN program (LPN diploma).
• 1 year of LPN experience in long-term care or geriatric settings preferred.
• Ability to work in a long-term care environment and perform 12-hour shifts.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care within the scope of an LPN under supervision of an RN.
• Administer prescribed medications and document administrations accurately.
• Monitor vital signs, assess patient status, identify changes, and communicate with the nursing team.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and provide supportive care.
• Support wound care, charting, and routine treatments per care plans.
• Maintain infection prevention, safety protocols, and accurate charting.
