Job summary

Healthforce is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (ED) for a 13‑week travel assignment in Wyoming. The shift is days, 8:00 am–8:00 pm, with IV therapy responsibilities and potential cross‑training to long‑term care. This travel role starts 10/05/2026 and offers weekly pay in the range of $1,864–$1,929.

Hours are not guaranteed and OT billing applies after hour 48. Required is a Wyoming LPN license and IV certification; ED or acute care experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide LPN‑level nursing care in the ED, including IV therapy per certification.
• Monitor patient status, document assessments, vitals, and responses to therapies.
• Administer prescribed medications and IV therapies within the scope of practice and ED protocols.
• Collaborate with ED physicians and nurses to support efficient patient flow, triage, and discharge planning.
• May be cross‑trained to float to the LTC side as needed; maintain accurate charting and clear handoffs.
• OT billing: OT isn’t billable until after hour 48

Shift is Days, 8:00 am–8:00 pm. The role is in an emergency department environment with potential cross‑training to float to the long‑term care side as needed.
