Health Advocates Network is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to work at a Correctional Institution in Tillery, North Carolina. This is a registry position with our company.

Compensation and Shifts:

• 40 hrs Travel Package
• Weekly Gross Pay = $600
• Local Hourly Rate (Taxable) = $15
• Weekly Travel Stipend (Non-Taxed) – includes Hotel ($700) and Meals ($406) = $1106
• Total Weekly (not taxed) = $1706
• Equivalent hourly rate = $42.65

Available Shifts:

• 12 noon to 10 pm or 2 pm to 10 pm, 8-hour shifts

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 12 months of experience as an LPN
• Current LPN license issued by North Carolina
• Current CPR card (American Heart Association)
• Proficiency in English communication (oral and written)
• Travel rate eligibility if residence is 50+ miles away

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care under supervision
• Administer medications and document accordingly
• Monitor and record vital signs
• Assist with wound care and rehabilitation
• Document patient information accurately using EMR
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop care plans
• Educate patients and families
• Follow infection control protocols
• Respond effectively during emergencies
• Participate in quality improvement and ensure compliance
• Complete employment documentation and screenings timely
