Health Advocates Network is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to work at a Correctional Institution in Vanceboro, North Carolina. This is a registry position with our company.

Travel Package and Compensation:

1. 36hrs Travel Package: Weekly Gross Pay = $540; Local Hourly Rate (Taxable) = $15; Weekly Travel Stipend (Non-Taxed) = $100; Total Weekly (not taxed) = $640; Feels like per hour = $42.81.
2. 48hrs Travel Package: Local Hourly Pay = $15; Overtime (1.5x) for 12 hrs = $270; Total Overtime = $180; Total Weekly = $820; Same hourly rate applies.

Shifts Available: 12-hour shifts, 0945-2215, 36/48-hour rotation, every other weekend.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum one year (12 months) of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Valid and current LPN license issued by North Carolina.
• Valid CPR card (American Heart Association).
• Proficiency in English for effective communication.
• Qualified for travel rate if residence is 50+ miles away.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care under supervision, perform assessments, and document findings.
• Administer medications and maintain proper documentation.
• Monitor vital signs and assist with wound care.
• Use electronic medical records for documentation.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop care plans.
• Educate patients and families about healthcare procedures.
