Job summary

Innovative Installations is seeking an experienced installer to run jobs end-to-end in a travel-heavy role. You will be on a team that travels in a company vehicle, with per diem and lodging provided, and you will manage field installations from start to finish.

The position requires 3+ years in finish trades, ability to read drawings, and willingness to travel Mon–Fri about half of each month. A valid license with a clean record is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in construction or a skilled trade.
• Reads drawings and works to tolerance without supervision.
• Willing to travel overnight, Mon–Fri, about half of every month.
• Valid license, clean record, insurable.
• Own basic hand tools — we provide every large and specialty tool.

Responsibilities

• Run finish-trade installations from start to finish with minimal guidance.
• Review plans and submittals, ensure inventory and site readiness.
• Lead a small crew and coordinate with the team at daily huddles.
• Maintain safety, quality, and on-time turnover at job sites.
