MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a travel nursing job in Eagle Pass, Texas. The assignment is 13 weeks long with 36 hours per week, primarily 12-hour day shifts.

The role requires an active RN license, a nursing degree from an accredited program, BLS/ACLS/NRP/PALS/AWHONN certifications, and 18 months of recent Acute Care L&D experience. Travel nursing with MedPro includes benefits and credentialing support.

Qualifications

• Active RN License required.
• Degree from accredited nursing program required.
• BLS, ACLS, NRP, PALS, AWHONN certifications.
• Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care Labor and Delivery setting.

Responsibilities

• Labor and Delivery RN provides care for mother and newborn through antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum and neonatal stages.
• Monitor vital signs of mother and baby during birth and assess for high-risk issues.
• Educate and support mothers and families after delivery.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.
