MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a travel assignment in Brownwood, Texas. This role requires a strong L&D background and an active RN license with 18 months of recent acute care experience, plus BLS/ACLS/NRP/PALS certifications.

The assignment runs for 13 weeks with 48 hours per week, 12-hour day shifts. Private housing or housing allowance and comprehensive benefits are provided to support travel nurses.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS, ACLS, NRP, PALS and AWHONN certifications.
• Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care L&D setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide care before, during, and after delivery.
• Monitor mother and newborn vitals and high-risk indicators.
• Educate families about post-delivery care.
