Job summary

Advantis Medical is seeking a Labor and Delivery Travel RN for a 9-week contract at Women & Infants Hospital in Providence, RI. This assignment pays $2,935 per week and follows a Nights shift with a 3x12 schedule.

As the Labor and Delivery registered nurse, you’ll monitor maternal and fetal status, interpret fetal heart-rate patterns, support labor and delivery, and provide postpartum care. Advantis offers streamlined credentialing, Day 1 benefits, license support and renewals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recent Labor and Delivery nursing experience.
• Active Rhode Island RN License.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret maternal and fetal status, including electronic fetal monitoring, escalating concerns promptly
• Support patients through labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum recovery
• Administer medications and manage IV therapy, including oxytocin titration as ordered and per facility protocol
• Provide immediate newborn care and support neonatal resuscitation per NRP guidelines
