Job summary

American Traveler, LLC. is seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Lamar, Colorado. Shifts are 12 hours, nights, totaling 36 hours per week. Start date: 01/05/2026. On-site hospital-based care with direct maternal and newborn services.

The role requires obstetric expertise, a current RN license, CPR, and within one year neonatal resuscitation and ACLS certification. Benefits include stipends, health plans, and 401(k) options.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse in Colorado with obstetric care experience.
• CPR certification required.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Certification and ACLS to be obtained within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Care for women during labor, delivery, postpartum and newborn care.
• Monitor fetal status and vitals; administer IV medications.
• Prepare delivery rooms and assist with C-sections and inductions.
• Provide emotional support and patient education; coordinate transfers as needed.
