Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel Labor and Delivery RN for a 13-week assignment in Lees Summit, MO. This travel role offers a 36-hour work week with night shifts, competitive pay, and comprehensive benefits.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of L&D RN experience, MO RN license, BLS and NRP certifications, and are willing to travel. Enjoy support from a dedicated clinical team and the opportunity to work across facilities.

Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as a Labor and Delivery RN.
• Valid RN license in MO.
• Current BLS certification (AHA).
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess maternal and fetal health and monitor labor progress.
• Administer medications and assist physician during labor and delivery.
• Provide immediate postpartum care and newborn assessment.
• Educate patients and families on recovery, breastfeeding, and newborn care.
• Collaborate with obstetricians, anesthesiologists, neonatologists, and nurses to ensure safety and quality of care.
