American Traveler is seeking a travel RN for Labor & Delivery in Rapid City, SD. Requires Level 3+ L&D experience with high-acuity patient care and EPIC charting knowledge. Travel contract runs 13 weeks at 48 hours per week with 12-hour shifts, day and night rotation.
Active SD or compact RN license, BLS/NRP, and 2+ years in Labor & Delivery are required. Perks include comprehensive insurance, 401(k), per diem, licensure reimbursement, and travel stipends.
Competenze
- Active SD or compact RN license.
- Completion of an approved nursing education program.
- Current BLS and NRP certifications.
- Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience in a high-acuity unit.
- Competency in care of high acuity labor patients and couplets.
Mansioni
- Work in a Labor & Delivery unit with beds and triage coverage.
- Care for high-risk pregnancies and postpartum patients.
- Manage patient ratios and float to postpartum as needed.
- Perform procedures such as IV starts, cervical checks, phlebotomy, and meds.
