Job summary

ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a 13-week travel assignment in Florence, South Carolina. The position is 36 hours per week with 12-hour day shifts (6:45 AM–7:15 PM) and every-third weekend, plus on-call responsibilities.

The LDRP RN will care for laboring patients and support postpartum recovery in a unit with patient ratios of 1:2, 1:1, and 1:3 for couplets, using Epic for charting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of labor and delivery experience.
• BLS, ACLS, AWHONN Beginner/Intermediate, FHM, NRP certifications required.
• Epic experience required.
• South Carolina or Multi-State/Compact RN license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to laboring mothers and newborns through labor, delivery, recovery and postpartum.
• Administer medications and interventions as prescribed.
• Conduct assessments and monitor patient health status.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the Epic system.
