Job Summary:
Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) position is available at a community hospital located in Anaconda. This role involves working with patients in labor and delivery as well as postpartum care. The selected candidate will assist in providing high-quality maternal care during night shifts, with some day coverage and on-call responsibilities, supporting the hospitals obstetric services.

Job Details:

• Location: Community hospital in Anaconda
• Schedule: Dayshift; 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week, with 6-8 call shifts every six weeks. Primarily scheduled nights with occasional day coverage. Hours will not exceed 4 shifts/week unless mutually agreed upon with the OB Manager. No guaranteed block scheduling or consistent weekends off.
• Required Qualifications: Valid Montana license or qualifying compact license; 2 years of experience in Labor and Delivery, Postpartum, and Obstetrics; current BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program), and intermediate AWHONN (Association of Womens Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses) certification.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in high-volume OB units is preferred.
• Additional Information: This is an ongoing assignment starting on 10/12/2026 through 01/11/2027, requiring flexibility to cover scheduled night shifts and occasional days, with call responsibilities as part of the OB team.
