TNAA TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a travel nursing job in Manning, South Carolina.

Position Details

• Specialty: Labor and Delivery

• Duration: 13 weeks
• Hours: 36 hours per week, 12-hour nights
• Employment Type: Travel

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians when epidurals or pain medications are administered, episiotomies performed, or when the patient requires preparation for a cesarean delivery.
• Stay with and monitor patient throughout labor.
• Monitor contractions and help patients with breathing techniques.
• Check cervix periodically to monitor progression/lack of dilation.
• Ensure beds are kept clean and dry; clean up bodily fluids expelled before and after birthing process.
• Aid physician with drapes, gloves, gowns, delivery instruments, etc.
• Immediate care of newborn.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience: 3 years recent acute care experience.
Certifications: BLS, NRP, and 2 years of nursing experience. Additional certifications may be required before beginning an assignment.

Pay and Benefits

Pay package: Based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
