Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a travel nursing job in Anaconda, Montana.

Duties include caring for women before, during and after delivery, monitoring mother and newborn, and educating families.

This assignment runs for 13 weeks at 36 hours per week with 8-hour shifts, day and night. Benefits include weekly pay, housing options, credentialing support, and more.

Qualifications

• Active RN License is required.
• Degree from accredited nursing program is required.
• BLS, ACLS, NRP, PALS and AWHONN certifications are required.
• Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care Labor and Delivery setting is required.
• Other client facility requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Labor and Delivery Nurses provide care to women before, during and after delivery.
• Monitor vital signs of mother and baby during birth.
• Monitor for potential high risk problems and respond appropriately.
• Educate and support mothers and families after delivery.
