Job summary

Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a travel nursing job in Waterloo, Iowa. As a Night shift RN, you will provide obstetric nursing care during labor, delivery, and postpartum, monitor fetal status, and support patients through the childbirth process.

This assignment requires at least 1 year of L&D experience and Iowa licensure. Private housing or housing allowance, comprehensive benefits, travel reimbursement, and 401(k) are included.

Qualifications

Current Iowa RN license with obstetric nursing experience.
Minimum 1 year of Labor and Delivery nursing experience.
Preferred certifications include NRP or EFMs.

Responsibilities

Provide specialized nursing care during labor, delivery and postpartum.
Monitor fetal status and labor progress; respond to emergencies.
Adhere to hospital SOPs and OSHA guidelines; ensure patient safety.

Active Iowa RN license

BLS/ACLS certified
