American Traveler is seeking a Travel RN in Labor & Delivery for Oregon City, OR. Start date 01/05/2026 for 13 weeks, 36 hours per week with three 12-hour night shifts, and floating requirements across facilities including Seaside.

Active OR RN license with 2+ years L&D experience (or 1–1.5 years in high risk settings) and required certifications. Epic EMR, vehicle, and references are needed for onboarding.

• Active OR RN license required.
• Minimum 2 years of recent L&D experience; 1–1.5 years if high risk/high census.
• Current certifications required (BLS, others as specified by facility).
• Must have independent practice ability for night shift.
• Must have own vehicle for assignment.
• Two supervisory references covering one year of employment in a comparable specialty or setting.
• COVID and flu vaccination documentation required.
• Submission requires SSN and date of birth.

Responsabilidades

• Work in the Labor & Delivery unit of a short-term acute care hospital.
• Night shift schedule with three 12-hour shifts from 19:00 to 07:00.
• Required to work every other or every third weekend.
• Patient ratios are 1:1 for labor and 1:3 for postpartum.
• Floating to other units and facilities is required based on operational needs.
• On-call required for one low census shift per pay period.
• Uses Epic EMR system.
• Must be willing to float between multiple facilities as needed, including Seaside where incentives may apply.
• Scrubs provided for Maternal Child units; all color scrubs allowed elsewhere.
• Returning former employees must have a 3-month break and live at least 50 miles from the facility.
• Holiday coverage may be expected based on schedule rotation.
• Minimal to no requested time off (RTO) is preferred and all RTO discussed at application.
