Job summary

American Traveler is hiring a Registered Nurse for Labor and Delivery with 1 year of L&D experience. Must hold a CO or Compact RN license and current AWHONN Intermediate certification, along with BLS, ACLS, and NRP. Travel nursing experience is preferred.

The role covers night shifts in a 19-bed Women and Infants unit, requires patient safety focus, and proficient use of Epic charting. Candidates with strong patient care skills and the ability to float as needed are invited to apply.

Qualifications

• Requires 1 year of Labor and Delivery experience.
• Must have AWHONN Intermediate certification.
• Active RN license CO or Compact in hand; BLS, ACLS, NRP may be required.

Responsibilities

• Women’s and Infants Labor and Delivery unit with 19 rooms.
• Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 PM-7:00 AM) with rotating days.
• Nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:2; weekend/on-call as needed.
• Floating within the unit and metro region as required; Epic charting used.
