Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Labor and Delivery RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Minneapolis, MN. As a member of our team, you will provide obstetric care, monitor maternal and fetal status, and collaborate with the care team in a fast-paced hospital setting.

This position offers 36 hours per week on a 12-hour night shift, with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits. A current RN license, BLS, and NRP are required; STABLE/ACLS may be preferred.

Qualifications

• One year of recent Labor and Delivery RN experience.
• Current RN license in good standing per state regulations.
• BLS certification (American Heart Association).
• NRP Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to obstetric patients during labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum.
• Monitor maternal and fetal health, administer medications, and assist in procedures.
• Collaborate with obstetricians, anesthesiologists, neonatologists, and nursing staff to ensure safe delivery.
• Document care and participate in quality improvement and safety initiatives.
• Respond to obstetric emergencies per evidence-based protocols.
