American Traveler is seeking an RN for an LDRP unit in North Dakota. Requires at least 3 years of LDRP experience, an active ND license, and BLS/NRP/AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring with STABLE certification.

The role involves independently titrating drips, performing deliveries, and providing care across LDRP, antepartum, postpartum, and triage areas. The unit operates with an EPIC EMR and GE/Corometrics fetal monitoring systems; shifts are 12 hours, with a weekend every third weekend and

Qualifications

• Active ND license required.
• BLS, NRP, AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring (Advanced preferred), and STABLE certifications required.
• Minimum 3 years LDRP experience.
• Must be able to titrate drips independently.
• First-time travelers welcome but must be ready to work independently.
• Two professional references with dates.
• Copy of driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care across LDRP, antepartum, postpartum, and triage areas.
• Titrate drips including pitocin, mag sulfate, and occasional insulin; administer meds (procardia, labetalol, TXA, methergine, hemabate, cytotec).
• Scrub in for cases when possible; read tele in Phase 1 recovery for C-section patients.
• Remains on a remote tele-capable unit with GE/Corometrics EFM; uses EPIC EMR.
• Rotate 12-hour shifts (7a–7p, 7p–7a); weekend/holiday coverage as needed.
