Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery in Indianapolis, Indiana. The role involves 12-hour night shifts, 48 hours per week, for a 13-week assignment.

The RN must hold an active license, have a nursing degree from an accredited program, and possess BLS/ACLS/NRP/PALS and AWHONN certifications, plus 18 months of recent L&D experience. Travel benefits and full credentialing support are included.

Qualifications

• Active RN license is required.
• Degree from an accredited nursing program is required.
• BLS, ACLS, NRP, PALS, AWHONN certifications are preferred.
• Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care Labor & Delivery setting is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide labor, delivery, and perinatal nursing care to mothers and newborns.
• Monitor maternal and fetal status, including vital signs and potential high-risk issues.
• Educate and support families before and after delivery.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.
