ARMStaffing is seeking an experienced Labor and Delivery RN for travel and local assignments across nationwide hospitals. As an L&D RN, you will care for mothers and newborns through labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum, supporting families during pivotal moments.

Qualified candidates hold active RN licensure with BLS/ACLS; NRP and fetal monitoring credentials are preferred. Roles demand 1–2 years of L&D experience and the ability to perform calmly under pressure.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required; Compact license preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required; NRP and fetal monitoring preferred.
• Minimum 1–2 years of L&D nursing experience.
• Strong knowledge of obstetric protocols and fetal monitoring interpretation.
• Calm, confident decision-making in fast-paced, high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor maternal and fetal vitals during labor and delivery.
• Assist physicians and midwives during childbirth.
• Administer medications and IVs (epidurals, Pitocin).
• Educate families on birth plans and newborn care.
