Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Labor and Delivery RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Battle Creek, MI. The RN will provide direct obstetric care, monitor maternal and fetal health, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of L&D experience, an active RN license, and current BLS/NRP certifications. This role offers comprehensive benefits, travel pay, and a supportive clinical team.

Qualifications

• One year of recent Labor and Delivery RN experience is required.
• Current RN license meeting state regulations is required.
• BLS certification (AHA/ARC) is required.
• NRP certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide maternal and neonatal care during labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum.
• Monitor fetal wellbeing and respond to emergencies using evidence-based protocols.
• Administer medications and assist physicians during labor and delivery.
• Collaborate with obstetricians, anesthesiologists, neonatologists, and nursing staff.
