Job summary

Anders Group is recruiting a Travel L&D RN for Battle Creek, MI on a 13-week contract. Start date 10/19/2026; shift 3x12 Nights; L&D specialty in a hospital setting.

Provide bedside care, collaborate with physicians, document in EMR, and participate in safety and quality initiatives. Competitive weekly pay with housing/ meal stipends, travel reimbursement, and comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Current MI RN license or Compact RN license if eligible.
• 2+ years of recent L&D experience preferred.
• BLS certification through AHA.
• Additional unit certifications may be required.
• Ability to adapt in fast-paced clinical environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside nursing care in the L&D unit.
• Create and update individualized patient care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Document patient care accurately in EMR systems.
• Promote patient safety and quality outcomes.
