Job summary

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery travel assignment in Massachusetts. Must hold an active MA RN license and have 2 years of recent L&D and OR circulator experience, with BLS and NRP certifications in place. Telemetry interpretation skills and Epic EMR experience are required.

The unit handles ~3,000 deliveries per year with a 12-hour PM shift and rotating days. Local rates apply for travelers within 50 miles of the facility; travel nurses welcome.

Qualifications

Active MA RN license required.
2 years recent L&D and OR circulator experience required.
BLS and NRP certifications required, with NRP not expiring during assignment.
Telemetry interpretation proficiency required, telemetry test Day 1 with 85%+.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in a high-volume Labor & Delivery setting.
Work in a 9 L&D bed unit with related OR and triage spaces.
Shift: 12-hour PM with day/night rotation (7p-7:30a; 7a-7:30p).
Every other weekend and every other holiday required.
Eligible for local rates if residing within 50 miles of facility.
