Candidates should be comfortable with basic rigging, signals, and safety practices, with experience in welding, metal studs, and confined spaces; the role requires physical work, varied weather, and a commitment to teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform physically demanding work for 8+ hours a day.
• Experience with pre-engineered buildings, pole barns, metal studs, and welding a plus.
• Familiarity with basic hand signals and basic rigging knowledge.
• Safety knowledge while working at heights.

• Promotes safe workplace by participating in safety training, identifying job hazards, wearing correct PPE, and observing for oneself and others.
• Shows up on time and ready to complete work
• Follows directions of manager/ lead/ superintendent and clarifies responsibilities if needed

Position Overview

The ironworker must have the ability to install pre-engineered metal building perform connecting work, and perform work at above ground elevations. Familiarity with basic hand signals and basic rigging knowledge, Safety knowledge while working at heights is required. Experience with pre-engineered buildings, pole barns, metal studs, and welding a plus.
