Job summary

American Traveler is hiring an Interventional Radiology Technologist for a travel contract requiring 18 months of recent experience and strong endovascular skills.

The role focuses on lab work within Interventional Radiology with 10‑hour shifts over a 13‑week assignment and a travel compensation package designed for non-local candidates. Strong endovascular competency is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 months of experience required.
• CVOR candidates need 18 months of recent full-time experience in a CVOR setting of similar acuity within the last 3 years.
• CVOR candidates must have strong endovascular experience with proficiency ratings of 3 or 4 in cardiac and vascular procedures.

Responsibilities

• Work in the Interventional Radiology Lab setting.
• 10-hour AM shifts.
• 13-week assignment length.
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility for consideration.
• Local candidates within the radius are not eligible unless an exception is granted.
• Former Emory or Houston system employees must be separated for at least 1 year before returning, or 18 months if returning to the same facility.
• RTO requests are limited to a maximum of 5 days if not on or near a holiday, or 3 days if falling on or near a holiday.
• Only one holiday RTO request is permitted per assignment.
• References are not required for consideration.
