Description

American Traveler is hiring an Interventional Radiology Technologist for a cardiac IR unit requiring ARRT certification and at least 1 year of experience.

Details

• Interventional Radiology unit within a cardiac IR setting
• 5x8-hour day shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Weekend shifts required
• On-call required, approximately 1-2 nights per week plus every 6th Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience required; 2 years preferred
• ARRT certification required
• BLS and SCRQSA certifications required
• License required if applicable
• Recent Epic EMR experience preferred but not required

Additional Information

• First-time travelers will be considered
• Candidates must pass a Cardiac Dysrhythmia Test and Moderate Sedation Test during orientation, with only one attempt allowed
• Travel experience required
• Attendance policy applies; missing more than two shifts in a 13-week contract without reasonable explanation may result in contract review for cancellation
• Local candidates not accepted; 75-mile radius rule applies
• All RTO must be submitted with initial application, as requests made afterward will not be considered
• Former permanent staff of this facility system are not eligible to return as travelers
