TNAA TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist for a 13‑week assignment in Houston, Texas. The position offers 36 hours per week in 9‑hour daily shifts.

Responsibilities

• Confirm patient identification and review imaging requests, explaining procedures to patients.
• Follow physician orders regarding the area of the body to be imaged.
• Position patients correctly and adjust imaging equipment accordingly.
• Calibrate imaging equipment as needed.
• Prepare imaging results for physician review.
• Maintain accurate patient records.
• Utilize the McKesson PACS system.

Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Radiology Technologist; BLS and ARRT (R) national certification required; state‑specific licensing when applicable.

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, with no difficulty bending, leaning or stooping.
• Solid knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.

Compensation

Pay package based on 9‑hour shifts and 36 hours per week, subject to confirmation, with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
