Sunbelt Staffing seeks an Imaging Interventional Radiology (IR) Technologist for a travel assignment in Washington, DC. You will support interventional procedures, operate digital imaging equipment, and uphold patient safety in a dynamic hospital or imaging center setting.

Qualifications

• Current ARRT registration; VI certification preferred.
• Active state licensure as required.
• Minimum 1 year IR tech experience in hospital or imaging center.
• Proficiency with advanced interventional procedures and imaging equipment.
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist radiologists with invasive diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
• Prepare and operate digital imaging equipment for interventional studies.
• Maintain accurate patient records and uphold patient safety.
• Monitor and respond to patients' needs during procedures.
• Adhere to sterile techniques and organization guidelines.
