Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Travel Interventional Radiology Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Washington, DC. The role offers 40 hours per week with 10-hour day shifts, focusing on interventional imaging procedures and patient care.

Current license and appropriate certifications are required, with 18+ months of interventional experience preferred. Housing options and travel reimbursement are available through the agency.

Qualifications

• Current license in good standing.
• Appropriate specialty certifications/credentials.
• Eighteen months of Special Procedures/Interventional experience preferred, ideally in a critical care setting.
• Other requirements to be determined by our client facility.

Responsibilities

• Assist IR team by providing patient care support.
• Perform diagnostic and interventional imaging procedures.
• Operate radiology equipment to obtain physician-directed images.
• Monitor patient response and maintain sterile field during procedures.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality care.
• Maintain patient records accurately and legibly.
