Job summary

TNAA TotalMed Allied seeks a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Florence, South Carolina. The IR Tech will perform fluoroscopy, assist physicians, and ensure patient safety, with a 40-hour week and dayshift.

Requirements include 1 year of acute care experience, BLS, ACLS, ARRT (R), and state licensing as applicable; vascular interventional certification is preferred. The role emphasizes patient prep, monitoring, and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Must have 1 year of experience.
• BLS, ACLS, and ARRT (R) National Certification and state-specific licensing when required.
• Vascular Interventional certificate preferred.
• IR Tech will operate fluoroscopic equipment and assist in procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate fluoroscopic equipment and assist physicians with image-guided procedures.
• Prepare and observe patients during procedures.
• Report abnormal activity and maintain records.
• Monitor patient during procedures and ensure safety.
• Understand and use the McKesson PACS system.
