Job summary

ARMStaffing is seeking a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist for a Reston, VA assignment. The position involves working in the Cath Lab and EP Lab, performing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures with a focus on STEMI and PCI cases.

The ideal candidate is a licensed RN with ACLS/BLS, 2+ years Cath Lab experience, and the ability to handle high-acuity cardiovascular procedures in a fast-paced environment. Travel, lodging, and benefits are provided by ARMStaffing.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed RN with ACLS and BLS certifications.
• At least two years of experience in the Cath Lab is required.
• Experience with STEMI, PCI, and diagnostic catheterizations is mandatory; EP experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic and PCI catheterizations, STEMI procedures, pacemaker and ICD implants, cardiac ablations, and Watchman procedures.
• Monitor and manage patients in procedural and pre/post areas, ensuring optimal care and safety.
• Utilize advanced equipment such as MacLab, Acist, Baxter IV pumps, and GE ultrasounds.
• Document patient information and care in Expanse, MacLab, and CardioLab systems.
