**Required Experience and Licensure:**
- Minimum of 2 years of experience required.
- Certifications Required: BLS, ARRT R, ARRT VI.
- Pending License not accepted.
**Required Skills:**

- A comprehensive list of procedures including but not limited to Angioplasty, Aortography, Chest Tube Placement, Embolization, Gastrostomy Tube Placement, IVC filter placement/removal, Liver Biopsy, Paracentesis, Thoracentesis, Central Venous Access/Port Placement, and many others.
- Proficiency with GE Innova IGS and EPIC charting system.
**Additional Requirements:**
- On-call Requirement: Weeknight and weekend rotation.
- Floating may be required between departments, units, and facilities as needed.
**Compliance and Special Requirements:**
- Compliance documents due 2 Fridays before the start date.
- EPIC training module completion required first.
- Flu Vaccine required (Medical/Religious Exemptions Only).
**Location and Travel Details:**
- No local candidates accepted within a 75 miles radius.
- Maximum of 7 days of RTO allowed.
**Miscellaneous:**
- Comfortable with all procedures in the IR lab.
- No scrub color specified.
- EPIC inbasket monitoring and some patient education may be part of the responsibilities.
