Fusion Medical Staffing-Cath Lab seeks a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist for a 13‑week assignment in Des Moines, IA. You’ll support interventional procedures, position patients, and operate imaging equipment in a fast‑paced environment while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Qualificações

• One year’s recent experience as an Interventional Radiology Technologist.
• Valid ARRT, or RCIS/RCES Certification in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and position patients for interventional radiology procedures.
• Operate imaging equipment (fluoroscopy, CT, ultrasound) to guide procedures.
• Scrub in for sterile procedures; pass instruments and maintain sterile field.
• Monitor vital signs and procedural details; document accordingly.
• Administer contrast media and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Ensure radiation safety for patients, staff, and self.
• Maintain and troubleshoot imaging equipment; ensure readiness for procedures.
• Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and team members to provide seamless care.
