Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Cath Lab in Cedar Rapids, IA is seeking a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist for a 13-week assignment. The IR Tech will support physicians during minimally invasive procedures and operate imaging equipment in a fast-paced lab.

Requires 1 year IR tech experience, ARRT/RCIS/RCES certification, and BLS. ACLS/PALS preferred. Travel role offers 36 hours/week on 12-hour shifts with comprehensive benefits and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• One year of recent Interventional Radiology Technologist experience.
• Valid ARRT or RCIS/RCES certification in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and position patients for IR procedures.
• Operate fluoroscopy and other imaging modalities to guide procedures.
• Scrub in for sterile procedures and pass instruments.
• Monitor vital signs and document procedural details.
• Ensure radiation safety for patients and staff.
