Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Interventional Radiology for a travel nursing job in Meridian, Idaho. This position offers a 13-week assignment with 40 hours per week, 10-hour day shifts, and travel compensation.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license, a degree from an accredited nursing program, BLS certification, and at least 18 months of Interventional Radiology experience. Additional client-specific requirements may apply.

• Degree from accredited nursing program.
• BLS Certification.
• Eighteen months of recent Interventional Radiology experience.
• Client facility may have additional requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for procedures.
• Provide education to the patient and family members.
• Insert and remove intravenous lines.
• Administer medications including moderate sedation.
• Monitor patient patterns and vital signs during procedures.
• Oversee the safety and comfort of patient before, during, and after procedures.
• Provide post-procedure monitoring.
