TotalMed is seeking a Radiology RN for a travel assignment in Meridian, Idaho. Standby for 13 weeks, 40 hours per week, with 10-hour days in Interventional Radiology. Acute care RN with ACLS/BLS certification and 1–2 years’ experience preferred. Immediate travel RN openings are available for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities include IV starts, ports, meds, vitals, and patient assistance, plus coordination with technologists. May require lifting up to 50 lbs and exposure to hazards.

Formación

• ACLS and BLS certifications are required.
• Minimum 1–2 years of acute care experience in radiology or similar.
• Travel RN with IV and medication administration experience.

We're looking for Radiology RNs for an immediate travel nurse opening in Meridian, ID. The right RN should have 1-2 years recent acute care experience. Read below for more requirements.

Responsibilities

• Start or check peripheral IVs, access and assess infusaports, administer medications, monitor vital signs, suction patients, insert foleys, and help patients with their personal needs.
• Inform the technologist or radiologist of any unusual patient needs.
• Perform specialized nursing duties, such as administering IV sedation or analgesia during special procedures.
• Closely monitor patients with cardiac/pulse oximeters.

Radiology Travel Nurses should be able to stand and walk for long periods of time, as well as bend, lean and stoop without difficulty. RNs should be able to easily lift 20 pounds. Moving or lifting of patients may require lifting of up to 50 pounds at times. Radiology RNs may face hazards from exposure to chemicals and infectious diseases.
