Fusion Medical Staffing-Cath Lab seeks a travel Interventional Radiology RN for a 13-week assignment in Decatur, TX. The IR nurse will support pre-, intra-, and post-procedure care, collaborating with radiologists and technologists to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.

Required: 1 year IR RN experience, Texas RN license, and BLS. Preferred: additional certifications such as ACLS, RCIS/RCES. Travel benefits are included through Fusion Medical Staffing.

Formación

• 1 year of recent Interventional Radiology RN experience.
• Active RN license compliant with state regulations (Texas).
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsabilidades

• Perform comprehensive pre-procedure assessments and educate patients and families.
• Monitor vital signs and sedation during procedures and assist physicians.
• Ensure sterile technique and proper instrument handling.
• Provide post-procedure recovery care and discharge education.
• Document assessments, medications, and procedural details accurately.
