Qualifications

• Current certification as an Imaging/Interventional Radiology Technologist (ARRT preferred).
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility to obtain in Georgia).
• Minimum of one year recent IR Tech experience in a hospital or acute care setting.
• Current BLS certification.
• Strong knowledge of imaging protocols, safety procedures, and sterile technique.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform interventional radiology imaging procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Operate and maintain imaging equipment, observing all safety protocols.
• Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and other care team members for optimal procedure outcomes.
• Accurately document procedures and maintain thorough patient records.
