Job summary

HealthForce Healthcare is seeking an Interventional Radiology Technician for a 13‑week travel assignment in Austell, Georgia. The role requires performing IR, vascular hybrid, and neuro‑interventional procedures in a hospital setting, with 4x10‑hour days.

You will be responsible for setting up imaging equipment, positioning patients, obtaining high‑quality images, and maintaining safety and regulatory standards, under supervision from the Chief Technologist.

Qualifications

• Active radiologic technologist licensure required by Georgia regulations.
• Certification for interventional radiology or eligibility.
• Experience in IR, vascular hybrid, and neuro‑interventional settings.
• Ability to set up imaging equipment and position patients safely.
• Ability to work autonomously within department guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Perform IR procedures across IR, vascular hybrid, and neuro‑interventional settings under supervision.
• Set up imaging equipment, position patients, ensure readiness and safety.
• Obtain high‑quality images while applying independent judgment.
• Assist with a wide range of exams and maintain sterile technique.
• Collaborate with care team to ensure workflow, documentation, and safety compliance.
