Job summary

American Traveler is seeking a Cath IR Rad Tech for a Level II Trauma Center's Interventional Platform. Requires 2+ years Cath Lab experience and ARRT certification. Will handle a mix of diagnostic/interventional heart caths and EP procedures, with on-call duties and travel considerations.

The role includes 8-hour shifts, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, and potential float to IR. IL licensure expectations apply; Epic EMR is used for documentation and imaging management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab experience required.
• IEMA IL license if applicable, along with ARRT, BLS, and ACLS.
• Skilled in scrubbing and panning; familiarity with Impella and balloon pump.
• Hybrid and EP experience preferred but not required.
• Epic EMR experience is expected.

Responsibilities

• Interventional Platform with 2 Cath Labs, 1 EP Room, and 1 Hybrid Room.
• Daily caseload averaging 10–12 cases, adult inpatient/outpatient only.
• Perform diagnostic and interventional heart caths; EP and hybrid procedures.
• Provide on-call support with defined shifts and travel requirements.
