Tusco, Inc. is seeking an Installer / General Laborer (100% Travel Required) based in Cottondale, AL.

The role supports installation of perimeter security components at construction sites nationwide, requiring extensive travel and physical labor. The installer will work with tools, handle materials, mix concrete, and help prepare layouts while maintaining safety standards and teamwork to meet project plans.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation of perimeter and electronic security components.
• Operates a wide variety of hand and power tools.
• Prepares tools and materials such as mixing and pouring concrete.
• Cleans and prepares jobsite areas and stores materials properly.
• Loads and unloads materials and distributes them as directed by the crew foreman.
• Assists with layout measurements and area marking for construction work.
• Directs traffic near work zones and assists equipment operators.
• Cleans jobsite at day end and ensures proper disposal of trash.
