Job Summary
Pharmacist Inpatient (Specialty: Pharmacist Inpatient) This position is based in a healthcare setting providing inpatient pharmacy services. The role involves working with a diverse patient population including neonates, adolescents, infants, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics, supporting daily census of approximately 100 patients. The pharmacist will be responsible for medication management, patient safety, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.

Job Details

• Position Description: Pharmacist Inpatient with a minimum of 2 years experience preferred; first-time travel accepted. Shift times will vary, with schedules including days.
• Required Qualifications: Valid Kansas (KS) or Compact Registered Nurse (RN) license in hand at time of submission, BLS, ACLS certifications, PharmD, RPh credentials, and at least 2 years of experience in inpatient or acute care settings.
• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Additional Information: The role involves working in an interdisciplinary environment with support from IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, interpretation services, phlebotomy, radiology, social services, rapid response teams, pharmacy, and transportation. Floating to like units may be required as needed, with brief orientation provided.
• Submission Requirements: Valid KS or Compact RN license and valid allied license in hand if submitting to allied job. RTO must be listed at time of submittal.
