Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of inpatient pharmacy experience.
• Current PA state pharmacy license.
• Experience with EPIC Beacon EHR system.
• IV training with hazardous and non-hazardous preparation competencies.
• Ability to provide care for COVID patients as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care in an inpatient setting.
• Prepare and dispense medications with accuracy and safety.
• Collaborate with clinicians to optimize medication therapy.
• Participate in clinical meetings and contribute to care plans.
• Educate patients and staff on medication use.
