Job summary

Anders Group, LLC seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for a travel IMCU assignment in Marquette, Michigan. This 13-week contract offers exposure to intermediate care, collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, and competitive weekly pay.

The ideal candidate holds a MI license (or a Compact license) and has 2+ years of IMCU experience, with BLS certification. Housing, travel reimbursement, and benefits are provided where eligible.

Qualifications

• Current MI RN license or Compact RN license if eligible.
• 2+ years of IMCU Intermediate Care experience preferred.
• BLS certification through AHA.
• Additional unit certifications may be required.
• Ability to adapt in fast-paced clinical environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside nursing care in the IMCU unit.
• Create and update individualized patient care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Document patient care accurately in EMR systems.
• Promote patient safety and quality outcomes.
